Job Title: Control Room Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Control Room Manager, coordinates the provision of control room services in compliance with company policies and procedures, to ensure a professional service is provided.

Duties

Effective co-ordination of operations of the control room in compliance with legislation and G4S policy
Effective management of the provision of customer service to clients
Maintenance of required standards of employee performance and behavior in the control room
