Responsibilities:
- Customer Issue handling
- Handling of dedicated support
- Software Update Management (SUM) handling
- Remote Service Gateway (RSG) mentoring
Key Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer etc.)
- Min years of experience: 7-10 Years
- Domain experience: Ericsson Packet Core, EPG, SAPC, SGSN-MME, SASN (IP/MPBN Knowledge is a Plus)
- Negotiation & argumentation skills
- Planning & organizing skills
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Presentation & communication skill
