Dataware is an award-winning company on a mission to assist organizations in Africa gain insights from data for strategic decision making on the go. Our rapidly growing company is looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER. The employee will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer to develop and implement solutions for projects.

Job Title: Operations

Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation of important policies, procedures, and strategy decisions.
Maintain alliances and partnerships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
File and keep accurate documentation of all activities.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist with budgeting and reporting.
Payments processing of all financial obligations of the company.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the management team.

Education/Experience

Minimum of a BSc or HND in Business Administration or any other business-related courses
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role
A background in technology is preferred but not required.
