We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Information Security Officer
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive plans to secure information and information systems.
- Analyzing, assessing, and auditing information used to ensure compliance with recognized security frameworks.
- Develop, plan, and implement security risk assessment.
- Develop and implement a security risk treatment plan.
- Lead implementation of security controls to safeguard the information based on recognized security standards.
- Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security.
- Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.
- Develop and provide information security awareness training to executive management, senior management, and staff about best practices for information security.
- Develop and implement business continuity management and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field.
- Professional information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 LI & LA, and others).
- 3 to 5 years experience in an information security role.
- Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
