We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Contents

Job Title: Project Coordinator

DUTIES

  • Oversees the management and coordination of all related project activities to ensure the successful delivery of commitments as reflected in the project contract work plans and budget.
  • be responsible for preparing high-quality reports as necessary to meet EU project reporting requirements and deadlines
  • provide sound analysis and make recommendations on project-related matters
  • monitor and assess implementation progress, identify barriers and constraints, and work collaboratively with project teams to devise solutions work with the project team to monitor project implementation
  • work closely with project teams to coordinate project activities track project progress and ensure all project activities are and resource allocation in line with project goals and targets completed on time.
  • monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations.
  • attend project meetings follow up with outstanding tasks prepare project reports for management.
  • undertake any task assigned to you by management.

QUALIFICATION

  • Education Relevant bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience working in plastic waste recycling required
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating recycling plants

COMPETENCES

  • Experience in using various types of recycling machinery and tools
  • Good computer application skills
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Recycling Manager

DUTIES

  • ensure availability of adequate raw materials (plastic waste for production)
  • ensure timely collection of plastic waste for the production of other products
  • supervise recycling technicians, and other recycling operation employees or volunteers.
  • operate the recycling processing equipment, such as sorters, crushers, and granulators to sort and process materials.
  • ensure the recycling facility complies with strict environmental standards
  • be responsible for developing and executing programs to ensure regulatory compliance obligations are fulfilled cost-effectively and that environmental risks are successfully managed
  • Undertake any task assigned by the Project Coordinator.

EDUCATION

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in plastic waste recycling preferred
  • Experience in using various types of recycling machinery and tools.

Job Title: Finance Officer

DUTIES

  • prepare the consolidated financial report in line with the EU project
  • finance systems that will meet EU requirements ensure all expenditures are in line with the approved project
  • budget prepare timely and accurate financial reports in line with narrative reports that meet the requirements of the EU
  • prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports in line with EU requirements
  • ensure that project cash flows (income, expenditure, and fund transfers) are managed in a timely and accurate manner
  • provide ongoing financial risk analysis and recommendations for risk management strategies
  • Support project Coordinator with project narratives about expenditure and financial risks
  • facilitate internal and external audit processes and ensure audit requirements are monitored throughout the project work with the Project Coordinator and PIC to ensure that audit recommendations are complied with
  • prepare project documentation for audit at all levels of the project to support the Project
  • Coordinator to fulfill the requirements for internal and external audit work closely with the Municipal Level Project
  • Implementation Committee (MULPIC) to monitor the budget utilization and communicate any issues.
  • ensure the financial integrity of the project
  • ensure the project complies with the EU procurement
  • processes perform any other duty that will be assigned to him or her

QUALIFICATION

  • A tertiary-level qualification in Accounting
  • Professional qualification in Accountancy preferably level 2 of any of the Professional qualifications: ICA Ghana, ACCA, CIMA/CPA

EXPERIENCE

  • Must have experience in European Union contract management and Financial Reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to prioritize in a demanding environment and to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, financial reporting, and presentation skills with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Duties

  • organize production schedules. assess the project and resource requirements.
  • organize the daily operations of the recycling center.
  • be in charge of managing the recycling and other post-collection activities in the recycling facility.
  • ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
  • check production output according to specifications enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
  • develop operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • coordinate, monitor, and control the organization’s processes and procedures.
  • ensure all operations are carried out appropriately and cost-effectively.

QUALIFICATION

Education:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in operations management or related fields.

COMPETENCIES

  • Good computer application skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in diversified environments.

Job Title: Production Manager

DUTIES

  • direct and coordinate daily operations of the recycling plant.
  • develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
  • ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order
  • repair or replace plant equipment as needed.
  • ensure that health and safety regulations are met.
  • determine quality control standards.

QUALIFICATION

Education:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience.
  • Proven experience working in plant operations required
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants

COMPETENCIES

  • Good computer application skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in diversified environments.
