Job Title: Senior Auditing Assistant
Role
- Hold a good first degree awarded by a recognized institution and must have served as Auditing/Accounting Assistant in a University or analogous institution for at least four (4) years, or in any reputable organization for at least five (5) years. OR
- Hold HND Accountancy awarded by a recognized institution and must have served as an Auditing Assistant in a University or analogous institution for at least four (4) years, or in any reputable organization for at least six (6) years.
- Hold a final part of Accounting Technician Scheme of West Africa (ATSWA) formerly Ghana Accounting Technician (GAT) of ICA-GH, its equivalent or evidence of ongoing studies in ICA or ACCA will be an added advantage
- possess strong IT skills and familiarity with at least 1 Accounting and Audit software

Job Title: Principal Auditing Assistant
Role

Job Title: Junior Library Assistant
Role
- Have served as a Library Assistant in a university or an analogous institution for at least four (4) continuous years. OR
- Hold a good first degree in Information Studies, Information Science, Library Science/Studies or their equivalents from an accredited University or Institution.
- Have completed the mandatory National Service and have a certificate to that effect.
- Have, at least, two (2) years post-bachelor degree relevant working experience, preferably in public service or institution.

Job Title: Senior Electrical Assistant
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
An Applicant must be responsible for:
- Develop standard technical specifications and basic engineering drawings.
- Service and maintain electrical systems.
- Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lightings in University buildings/facilities.
- Inspect and install electrical fixtures and fittings in University buildings/facilities;
- Liaise with contractors and other professionals such as engineers, architects etc. to undertake electrical works at the site.
- Perform other functions as may be directed by the Director of Works and Estates Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
An Applicant must hold:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in a reputable practicing firm, industry, commerce and public service.
- Be computer literate and conversant with Electrical Engineering software.
- Show clear evidence of ability to hold schedules with less supervision.
- Be a member of a relevant recognized professional body will be added advantage.
- Have completed the mandatory National Service and have a certificate to that effect.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
An Applicant must be responsible for:
- Price the cost of different materials needed for various projects.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other related documents.
- Measure and value works done on site.
- Liaise with contractors and other professionals such as engineers, architects etc. to undertake works at site.
- Select and or source construction materials for University works.
- Perform other functions as may be directed by the Director of Works and Estates Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
An Applicant must hold:
- Have an MPhil or a research master’s degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics/Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Be a professional member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors or a recognised professional body.
- Have a minimum of six (6) years post qualification experience in a reputable practicing firm, industry, commerce and public service.
- Be computer literate and conversant with quantity surveying software.
- Show clear evidence of the ability to hold schedules without supervision.
- Have handled projects independently.

Job Title: Civil Engineer
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
An Applicant must be responsible for:
- Compute load and grade requirements and material stress to design specifications.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
- Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
- Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labour to determine project feasibility.
- Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalts or steel.
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
- Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
- Perform other functions as may be directed by the Director of Works and Estates Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
An Applicant must hold:
- Have an MPhil or a research master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Be a professional member of Ghana Institute of Engineers or a recognised professional body.
- Have a minimum of six (6) years post qualification experience in a reputable practicing firm, industry, commerce, and public service.
- Be computer literate and conversant with structural engineering software.
- Show clear evidence of ability to hold schedules without supervision.
