We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead 3 x Team Leaders (Contact Centre), Sales and Operations team
  • Coach, develop, mentor and manage the team maintaining their reputation for outstanding service and high quality fundraising
  • Manage multiple campaigns at one time
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to execute contact centre strategies and strategies for the business
  • Head of implementing and organising company processes and procedures
  • Implement training and development programs
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and quarterly appraisals
  • Be part of the recruitment process, onboarding skilled fundraisers
  • Rostering and scheduling

Skills/competencies

  • Proven Contact Centre and Operations Leadership experience
  • Ability to multitask several projects at one time
  • Experience using: Contact Space, Trello, Xero
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Be a skilled communicator – both verbal and written
  • Be ethical, meaningful and honest
