Job Title: Sales Agronomist
Responsibilities
A person seeking appointment must be able to:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- A Degree in Agronomy or General Agriculture or related field
- Must have minimum 3 years work experience
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Ability to stoop for extended periods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiar with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong research, decision, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritize, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Job Title: Fuel Pump Assistant
Responsibilities
• Check the air pressure in vehicle tires; and levels of fuel, motor oil, transmission, radiator, battery, and other fluids, and add air, oil, water, or other fluids, as required.
• Clean parking areas, offices, restrooms, and equipment, and remove the trash,
• Clean windshields, and/or wash and wax vehicles. Collect cash payments from customers and make a change, or charge purchases to customers credit cards and provide customers with receipts.
• Activate fuel pumps and fill fuel tanks of vehicles with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified levels.
• Order stock, and price and shelf incoming goods.
• Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales.
• Sell and install accessories, such as batteries, windshield wiper blades, fan belts, bulbs and headlamps.
• Grease and lubricate vehicles or specified units, such as sprains, universal joints, and steering knuckles, using grease guns or spray lubricants
• Maintain customer records and follow up periodically with telephone, mail, or personal reminders of service due.
• Perform minor repairs such as adjusting brakes, replacing spark plugs, and changing engine oil and filters.
• Provide customers with information about local roads and highways.
• Rotate, test, and repair or replace tires.
• Test and charge batteries.
Qualifications
• A Senior High School Graduate or Diploma student
• Should have excellent interpersonal skill Proven work experience
• Ability to stoop for extended periods
Location: Accra
Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
A person seeking an appointment must be able to:
Goods-In;
• Load and unload goods from delivery vans
• Check that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received
• Record any damaged, missing or faulty goods
• Sign the delivery form, once satisfied that the goods are complete
• Move the goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanical handling equipment
Goods-Out;
• keep records of goods which have been picked prepare dispatch notes and labels
• pick goods that have ordered
• move and stack goods ready for delivery, either by hand or using machinery
STORAGE & STOCK CONTROL
Allocate storage space to goods
• Relocate and re-stack goods to make space for a new delivery
• Keep records (often computerized) of goods, their location and quantity
• Re-order if stock levels falls too low
RESPONSIBILITIES
• compliance with security procedures and health & safety
• Maintain the warehouse in a tidy state and clear away packing material and debris
• Use computerized systems, barcodes scanners and other technology to record goods movement
• Liaise with manufacturers, distributors and customers
• Arrange carriage or deliver goods to the customer or outlet
• Quality control of goods in and/or goods out
Qualifications
• A Degree in Procurement or Archival Studies
• Must have minimum 3 years work experience
• Proven work experience
• Ability to stoop for extended periods Excellent knowledge of MS Office
