We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities/ duties shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance or other issues
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Nurturing a positive working environment
- Overseeing and managing a performance be an added advantage
- Ten (10) years of work experience in a reputable organization
- Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
- Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Be innovative, proactive, and creative
- Be computer literate in Microsoft office word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access etc
- Ability to adapt to challenging working environment and working under pressure
- Ability to motivate and drive growth appraisal system that drives high performance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Human Resource and Administration
- Qualified HR and or Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Ten (10) years of work experience in a reputable organization
- Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
- Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)
