Job Title: New Business Manager

Details

The New business managers will create or garner new business opportunities for the company.

Will expand the scope, growth, and clientele of the company.

The manager will develop creative measures to not only increase client portfolio but also maintain current or keep current customers as well.

New Business Manager performs various tasks or functions which will be assigned by the CEO.

Their functions include:

  1. Enrol new clients for the business especially B2B clients

i.  Develop, review, and implement new business strategies

ii. Create new business relationships with potential clients

iii. Prepare financial reports, and forecasts

iv. Work with marketing departments

v. Acquire more business acumen through research, and analysis of industry trends and developments

vi. Assist in present new business proposals

3. Be able to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms

4. Be resilient, detailed and creative

Education

New business managers must have a first degree, preferable in business or IT related programs. Experience or high performance in sales or marketing is advantageous.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Manager will take care of all marketing-related tasks on Ajumapros and report to CEO on progress weekly

  • Market the business both on social media and any other platform
  • Get more clients to sign up with the company
  • Get more Artisan to enrol on Ajumapros platform
  • Prepare advertising gigs and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Requirements:

  • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Minimum experience in digital marketing or advertising position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
