Job Description
Function:Â Administrative
Department:Â Finance
Location:Â Accra Ghana
Job type:Â Permanent.
Job purpose
• Manage & supervise the functional and administrative duties and responsibilities of the Finance and accounts department.
• Function as an advisor/consultant and keep accurate business transactions in ledgers and ensure the team records them on Financial statements monthly, quarterly and
yearly.
• Lead and grow the team while controlling cost and improving productivity.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the functional & administrative duties & responsibilities of the
• Finance and accounts department
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies & procedures
• Ensure on-time preparation and reporting of
• periodic & year-end Financial Statements as per IFRS
• Prepare budgets in close liaison with unit managers and other heads of departments
• Review and control approved budgets
• Control asset, cash, accounts receivable management.
Qualifications/Experience
• At least a university graduate in accounting & Finance business discipline
• MBA Finance / M-COM will be an advantage
• Recognized travel qualification- IATA /UFTAA is an advantage
• CRS – Computer Reservations Systems (Radixx) is an advantage
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a reputable IATA travel agency / legacy airline/ travel management company at a managerial level
• Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook etc.)
• Fair knowledge of world geography
• Knowledge of Airlines’ codes and IATA city/ airport codes
• Experience in BSP and CRS refund
• Experience in SAP Accounting System is an advantage.

• English Fluent (Written and oral), Chinese is an advantage
