AboutĀ Zenith University College Annual Scholarship Awards

Every year, Zenith University College avails scholarship schemes to aid students who showcase exceptional intellectual qualities, and focus; providing opportunities for their educational aspirations to be realized.
ZUC is committed to ensuring human resource development and improvement in the Local Community, rewarding success and academic excellence.

As part of its Social Responsibility, the institution has established a scholarship scheme to encourage brilliant but needy students particularly from the local community to study for Degree and Diploma qualifications.

This year is no different as the university has opened slots for applicants desiring to advance their academic aspirations, but lacking adequate funding to be registered. The award covers full tuition fees

The 2018 academic sessionā€™s scholarship scheme is divided into two:

The Gibrine Family Scholarship:

The Gibrine Family Scholarship, formerly known as the Presidentā€™s scholarship was initiated in 2003, with total disbursed amount in excess of GH300, 000.

The scholarship has made it possible for financially impoverished students to complete their university education and secure good jobs. The notion behind the initiative is to provide the right kind of support to brilliant but otherwise needy students to go on and realize their dreams, contributing positively to the society.

A number of 10 scholarships is made available each semester. The number of awards will however depend on qualified applicants selected each semester.

LA Community Scholarship:

The LA Community Scholarship is open to qualified students from the LA Community. The scholarship has been running for the last 7 years.

It was originally limited to applicants from the Nmati Clan of LA, but is now open to applicants who are indigenes from all the native clans of LA.

A number of 14 scholarships is made available each year. The number of awards will however depend on qualified applicants selected each semester.

Interested applicants should visit the Registrarā€™s office on campus at Zenith University College, #7 Lagoon Street, Off Giffard Road, behind Ghana Trade Fair Centre La Accra for more information.
