Job Title: Operations Associate
Main Responsibilities:
● Formulate objectives and activities based on company goals
● Update weekly activity plan
● Daily update of Customer sheets
● Supervise Jumia and logistics activities
● Develop the roles and responsibilities for each staff
● Managing team members
● Hold meetings weekly
● Communicate clearly on new developments, issues, and concerns to all staff
● Recruit and train staff
● Manage third-party model delivery system
● Manage cash- petty cash and bank deposits
● Generate revenue from mobile money payments
● Block all revenue leakages
● Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Must have a Diploma or HND in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or any Business track course
- Must be adept in handling all types of social media including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Must be very good in excel/google sheets
- Must be Smart, confident,a good communicator, and good interpersonal skills.
- Available 8 am to 8 pm 5days in a week – including Holidays
- Experience managing teams.
