Key Accountabilities

  • Manage a complete and up-to-date repository of all existing in-house portals and applications including their functionalities and related interdependencies and linkages
  • Ensure active monitoring of all existing portals and mobile applications to ensure functionality
  • Track portal usage to ensure viability of portals
  • End-to-end lifecycle management of all portals
  • Create a portal roadmap for improvement, refresh of existing portals, and launch of new portals (same for apps)
  • Support the Non-Voice Head in managing the relationship with all stakeholders (internal & external) related to portal and app development and maintenance
  • Develop a portfolio/roadmap of customer offerings for testing, implementation and roll-out that is within the marketing budget and aligned to the overall marketing roadmap
  • Build relationships and partnerships with local and international app providers and developers.

Skills, Knowledge and Competencies.

 

  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Equivalent degree in Marketing/Communications/Engineering/Computer Science
  • Language Requirements:
  • English – Fluent
  • Local language – Conversational
  • Experience / Skill Requirements:
  • Experience in consumer marketing, product or brand management or strategic planning
  • Exposure to social media and digital platforms management especially in a commercial environment
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented – able to recommend and take corrective action, if appropriate
  • Commercially-minded – comfortable with financial data and/or making business cases
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Strong execution skills with a proven track record of delivery
