In Ghana, it takes at least four years to obtain a computer science degree at the university. However, you can choose to obtain further IT certifications to practice in multinational organizations.

Requirements to Study Computer Science in Ghana

There are some requirements that applicants must meet before being accepted to study BSc computer science in Ghana.


Applicants are expected to have at least a credit pass in three (3) core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science and/or Social Studies, and three (3) elective subjects in the following groups; Physics, Chemistry, Applied Electricity or Electronics.
