University of Portsmouth Chancellor’s Global Academic Merit Scholarship

For September 2022 entry onwards eligible students will be able to receive the Chancellors Global Academic Merit Scholarship. This scholarship will take the form of a £5000 fee reduction that will apply to your first year of study. This scholarship is merit based so students would need to have met all their offer conditions by 30 May 2022 (for September 2022 entry)

University of Portsmouth Chancellor’s Global Academic Merit Scholarship Eligibility

• If you’re studying a University of Portsmouth undergraduate course, you must be a self-funded student on a full-time, on campus, course with annual fees of £14300 or above for 2022 entry
• If you’re studying on a postgraduate research or postgraduate taught course, you must be a self-funded student
• Only applicants who have been assessed as overseas students for tuition fee purposes can access this scholarship.

Value and Duration of Award: The scholarship will take the form of a £5000 fee reduction, effective at the time of registration and will only apply to your first year of study.
