University of Kassel MA Scholarship in Decent Work 2019/2020

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the University of Kassel MA Scholarships in Decent Work 2019/2020 to study in Germany.

The University of Kassel is offering MA Scholarships in the field of development and/or decent work. These scholarships will be awarded to students from DAC countries in the Faculty of Social Sciences or the Faculty of Organic Sciences.

University of Kassel MA Scholarship in Decent Work

The ICDD offers Decent Work Scholarships for MA students from DAC countries studying toward an MA or MSc in the Faculty of Social Sciences or the Faculty of Organic Sciences at the University of Kassel. Students selected as scholarship holders will have the opportunity to work 40 hours per month in the ICDD on a project of interest and receive a grant of 750€ per month for up to twelve months.

University of Kassel MA Scholarship in Decent Work Eligibility

Eligible candidates must:

  • Be undertaking M.A or M.Sc in the Faculty of Social Sciences or the Faculty of Organic Sciences
  • Have an interest in the field of development and/or decent work
  • Have academic or vocational experience in the field of development and/or decent work

Eligible Field of Study: 

  • Master of Arts and Master of Science(M.A or M.Sc) in any Social or Organic Science course
  • Interest in the field of development and/or decent work

Eligible Countries: Students from DAC countries (Afghanistan, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Armenia, Angola, Kenya, Bolivia, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Cabo Verde, Benin,  Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Bhutan, Congo, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Burundi, Egypt, Cambodia, El Salvador, Central AfricanRepublic, Georgia, Chad, Ghana, Comoros, Guatemala, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guyana, Djibouti, Honduras, Equatorial Guinea, India, Eritrea, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Kosovo, Gambia, Kyrgyzstan, Guinea, Micronesia, Guinea-Bissau, Moldova, Haiti, Mongolia, Kiribati, Morocco, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Nicaragua, Lesotho, Nigeria,Liberia, Pakistan, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, Malawi, Paraguay, Mali, Philippines, Mauritania, Samoa, Mozambique, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Swaziland, Nepal, Syrian, Arab Republic, Niger,Tokelau, Rwanda, Ukraine, Sao Tome and Principe, Uzbekistan, Senegal, Vietnam, Sierra Leone, West Bank and Gaza Strip, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan,Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu,  Yemen and Zambia can apply for these scholarships.
