Job Objective

• To efficiently manage all clearing and forwarding activities and ensure that consignments are cleared and delivered to Clients on time.

Job Details

• Monitor the arrival of vessels carrying Client’s consignments
• Prepare consignment documents for Customs entry and clearance
• Ensure that Clients workorder complies with laws and regulations relating to all clearing and forwarding activities
• Work with Customs Officials and other Stakeholders to clear consignments on time

Educational Qualification

• 1^st Degree in Ports and Shipping Administration. Or
• GRA Customs Division’s Proficiency Certificate. Or
• Diploma in Ports and Shipping Administration

Relevant Working Experience

• 1-3 years relevant industry experience

Skills and Attributes

• Working knowledge of a Computer (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Appreciable sense of integrity and honesty
