Job Description

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual to fill the role of an Accounts Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.
  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Handling VAT and SSNIT payable
  • Handling accounts to the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly accounts reports
  • Handling banking procedures

Required Skills or Experience

  • Must have a University degree in Administration, (Accounting option with No Work Experience)
  • Must be competent with the following programs: Microsoft word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint.

Job Description

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and self-driven individual to fill the role of Client Service Executive at our Front Desk.

Job Specification

Must be

  • Passionate about selling, and convincing and want to push beyond your boundaries to achieve financial strategies of the company
  • Driven and motivated by targets and achieving goals
  • Responsible for the realization of organizational sales & marketing targets and plans in line with the corporate strategic goals.
  • The first point of contact (POC) for our clients and a brand ambassador for the Company and therefore must project, protect and maintain a professional, refined, high-quality image of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with the internal business development team in achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by engaging clients appropriately
  • Manage the front office on inquiries and all communications
  • Client visits
  • Conducting sales visits and building client relationships with an aim of increasing the Company’s client portfolio
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales and marketing programs to identify and acquire new customers in liaison with the Operation Manager
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and sales and marketing objectives which align with overall company goals.
  • Growing the company’s revenue base by achieving sales and marketing targets Identity, managing, and secure existing and new accounts, and continuing to maintain a high level of sales achievement.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of a degree in a business-related field from a recognized university in Marketing or Administration shall be our priority.
  • Understanding the training industry will be a critical added advantage
  • Good command and understanding of social media e-marketing tools for professional purposes.
  • Formal training in this area will be an advantage.
