Seminole State Student Email
Seminole State has partnered with Microsoft to offer Office 365 as the College’s official student email system. This is the only email system the College will use to communicate with you about your student records. Your student email account will be available within 24 hours after your residency status has been determined and you have created your MySeminoleState account.
You are expected to log in to your email regularly.
NOTE: Your Office 365 email account will be deactivated and all information will be lost if you do not enroll in classes for three consecutive terms (one full year.)

As a Seminole State student, you get a free college email account.
Office 365 is the College’s official email system. Your email account will be available within 24 hours after your residency status has been determined and you have created your MySeminoleState account. This account is the only email account the College will send messages to, so please check your email regularly.
This account will be deactivated and all information will be deleted once you graduate or if you do not enroll in classes for 3 or more consecutive terms.

How to Access Your Seminole State Student Email Login
To access your Seminole State student email login, follow the procedures outlined below.
- Visit the Seminole State email login: https://www.outlook.com/seminolestate.edu
- To sign in, enter your full Seminole State State email address, then click Next.
- Enter your password (the same one you use for other Seminole State applications like Self-Service and Blackboard), then click Sign In.
- Thereafter, hit the signing button to access your email dashboard.
Your email address is your MySeminoleState username followed by @live.seminolestate.edu
Example: If your MySeminoleState user name is WELDON1966, your student email address is [email protected].
Seminole State Student Email Default Password
There is a default password to be used the first time you log in to your email account. The default password is:
- The first initial of your first name (CAPITALIZED)
- The first initial of your last name (lowercase)
- Your two-digit year of birth (YY)
- Your two-digit month of birth (MM)
- Your two-digit day of birth (DD)
Example: If your name is John Weldon and your birthday is March 1, 1988, your password would be Jw880301.
