Qualifications
• Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Culinary science or any related certificate
• 4 to 5-star experience with a lodge, events by a restaurant with the capacity of 500pax and more
Attributes
• Experience as a head chef
• Good record of kitchen management
• Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
• Familiar with cooking trends and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Again selected candidates would be accommodated on the premises where the resort is located to enable them give customised services to the Resort’s valued guests.
