We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1. Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience as a maintenance manager
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Good problem-solving skills

2. Electrician

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a certificate in Electrical Engineering

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience as an electrician
  • Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge

  • Critical thinking
  • Good physical condition
  • Hard worker

3. Plumber

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a BECE certificate

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience as a plumber
  • Solid understanding of water distribution and dispersal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
  • Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment

4. Carpenter

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Intermediary in Production intermediate carpentry and joinery

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven 2 years experience in a similar role at a hotel
  • Mainly responsible for all carpentry and related jobs, repair furniture and other new works requested by the management

  • Ability to fix and repair automatic locks
  • Ability to repair and polish furniture

5. AC Technicians

Qualifications:

  • HND mechanical engineering, AC & refrigerator Tech Part 1-3, Intermediate AC & Ref Tech

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven 2 years experience in a similar role at a hotel
  • Maintenance and repair works of AC, Refrigerators, Ice makers and related

Attributes

  • Ability to repair and service split AC units, Fridges, Ice makers, cold rooms and related equipment
  • Ability to carry out electrical wiring and terminations of equipment
  • Good knowledge of refrigerants and how to charge the unit
