Job Title: Quality Controller
- Location: Spintex, Accra, Ghana
• Reporting to Quality Supervisor
PRIMARY PURPOSES
• Assessing the product specifications and testing them with customer requirements.
• Guiding production staff about the quality measures
• Ensuring product compliance with legal and quality standards
• Train new packaging workers and fully responsible for personal hygiene on the production floor.
• Support the production team during problem-solving activities on the lines.
• Responsible for GMP in the factory.
Qualifications
• Education: Ideal – HND Sciences
• Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in the food industry.
IDEAL PROFILES
• Tertiary technical qualification, preferable HND Lab Technology
• Strong leadership potential demonstrated.
• Proven Leadership skills
• Good communicator with effective team-related skills.
• Attention to details / meticulous
• Bias for action.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate.
Job Title: Team Leader
PRIMARY PURPOSES
• To lead a packaging operational team in order to meet production performance targets.
• To manage the team and provide effective guidance and be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
• To be the contact point for all team members, with excellent communication skills.
• Should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
• Ultimately, should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Qualifications
• Education: Ideal – HND Sciences
• Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in the food industry.
IDEAL PROFILES
• Tertiary technical qualification, preferable BSc in Engineering or the Sciences
• Familiarity with the computerized maintenance management system
• Strong leadership potential demonstrated.
• Proven Leadership skills
• Good communicator with effective team-related skills.
• Attention to details / meticulous
• Bias for action.
• Analytical problem solver.
• Computer literate.
Location: Accra
Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer
PRIMARY PURPOSES
• Assessing the product specifications and testing them with customer requirements.
• Guiding production staff about the quality measures
• Ensuring product compliance with legal and quality standards
• Train new packaging workers and fully responsible for personal hygiene on the production floor.
• Support the production team during problem-solving activities on the lines.
Qualifications
• Education: Ideal – HND Laboratory Technician or Science
• Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in the food industry.
IDEAL PROFILES
• Tertiary technical qualification, preferable HND Lab Technology
• Strong leadership potential demonstrated.
• Proven Leadership skills
• Good communicator with effective team-related skills.
• Attention to details / meticulous
• Bias for action.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate.
Job Title: Account Officer
PRIMARY PURPOSES
• Prepare import costing
• Handles accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciles financial discrepancies with general ledger
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Monthly stock Count with (Warehouse Department and Production Department) and providing a report on variance
• Submit all statutory payment to GRA, SSNIT, etc.
• Handle all petty cash payment
• Prepare sales invoices
• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliation
• Enter journals in Accounting software
• Prepare VAT returns for review
Qualifications
• Qualification: HND or equivalent; University degree is a plus
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
IDEAL PROFILES
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
