Job Title: Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in sales to increase customer base and achieve set KPIs
- Follow company sales and marketing strategies
- Work with other sales team members to achieve objectives
- Engage in setting up Distributors and retailers
- Offer world-class service standards to clients
- Timely and accurate reporting to superiors
- Any legal official/business/company activities as assigned
Leadership
- Work closely with other sales team members
Sales
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
- Aggressively prospect for clients and sell products
- Target profitable clients and businesses
Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Lead in commercial and consumer sales in the operational area
- Implement company sales, marketing, and distribution strategy within the operational area
- Increase sales on a monthly basis
- Implement/track, organizational marketing, and promotional activities within the area
Distribution and Retailing
- Identify and onboard sub Distributors and Retailers in the operational area
Service Delivery
- Offer world-class customer service to clients Achieve an excellent rating in mystery shopping reports
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their unique preferences
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions, in line with business policies
- Obtain a pass in snap checks and audits carried out within the operational area
- Collate customer feedback on product offerings/service and report to management
- Reporting Adhere to timely financial and non-financial reporting procedures
Remuneration
- Competitive Base Salary
- Commission on sales
Required Skills or Experience
Education
- Diploma/HND/Degree Holder
- Background in Business field desirable
- Desirable experience in sales and marketing
- Holder of Valid Motor/Vehicle Driver’s License
Skills and Abilities
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Sales and Marketing management skills/technique
- Good Customer Service skills
- Sales-driven, result-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Excellent communication skills
