Job Title: Creative Director

Role Purpose

• The CD will be responsible for the overall content creative product, overseeing the end-to-end process from insights to post-production

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• IDEATION, CREATIVE, DESIGN – Lead the Content ideation process from concept to storyboard and scripting
• INSIGHTS DEVELOPMENT – Lead the content team to generate insights to productize and deliver our insights Development process across all projects
• ACTIVATION – Guide the team & our partners to ensure creative vision & strategy is executed in production and final asset delivery
• ANALYSIS – Establish test and learn frameworks for every piece of content we create and partner with media teams to align by project/campaign on content KPIs and analysis
• NEW BUSINESS – Support head of agency content in identifying new clients, business models, partnerships, and/or other revenue-driving opportunities

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Creative, Content, Advertising industries, developing creative concepts and solutions across a wide variety of formats and platforms
• Experience working in Ghana and exposure within the SSA advertising space
• Operationally excellent, ensuring agency content products are on brief, on brand, and commercially sound

Location: Accra

Job Title: Digital Creative Designer

Role Purpose

• Developing on agency’s digital design capability through innovative concepts, the aim is to set our client’s campaigns apart from those of their competitors.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Executes creative concepts together with copy partner at the direction of the Creative Director.
• Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas
• Visualizes concepts and interprets them into design
• Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
• Provides insightful, creative executions that positively impact a client’s business

Qualifications

Experience/Skills

The most suitable candidate will have a passion for conceptualizing strategic solutions and show appreciable proficiency in:

• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Illustrator
• Animation
• HTML Coding
• CSS

Job Title: Content Copywriter

Role Purpose

• To prove that creativity transforms brands and brands transform business. The position delivers fresh transformative thinking across all our brands, with a unique mastery of the written word

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of written elements from conception, through design and pre-press in wide variety of communication media
• Advertising (Print, TV, Radio, OOH,etc)
• Digital channels
• Promotional materials (Point of Sale, FSIs, signage, premiums, etc)
• Collateral materials (brochures, sell-in material, catalogues, etc)
• Branding and signage for events and presence activation’s
• Interactive media and videos
• Partners effectively with other creatives and across agency multi-disciplinary teams
• Develops thorough understanding of clients business, as well as their competitors
• Resourceful researcher
• Attends shoots and radio records to ensure ideas are executed to agency and client expectations

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Creative Advertising or equivalent career experience
• 3 to 5 years+ experience in copy-writing within an advertising agency
• Strong portfolio of writing and ideas
• Ideally some award-winning work

Job Title: Client Services Director

Role Purpose

• The Client Service Director will lead the drive to building senior, trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for the Agency.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Delivers innovative and ambitious, strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values, working closely with colleagues and clients
• Builds strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client and industry stakeholders
• Deepens the relationship to ensure retention and growth
• Manages team to ensure thet also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service
• Understands client commercial framework and works with senior account leadership to ensure the business is run profitably

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the Advertising industry, developing top-notch client services and relation that is mutually profitable to both the client and the Agency.
• Experience working Ghana and exposure within the SSA advertising space
• Strong & consistent communicator – able to package, pitch and sell ideas and to guide team members, encouraging them to flourish.
