Job Details
- Strong experience within fruit juice production will be responsible for the overall performance of the production operations. Works with the team to streamline efficiency of production with an emphasis on safety, quality, and improving financial results.
- Responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling production operations to ensure smooth work per schedule at minimum cost, in accordance with product quality specification and within the framework of company rules and standard operating procedures
- Reviews daily operation with production and technical supervisors to discuss the line performance highlights and develop action plans for areas of improvement
- Reviews the key performance indicators and identify weaknesses for improving action plans
- Explore various areas of improvement in production such as efficiency, productivity, raw and packaging materials losses, product quality and safety among others by setting examples and leading in the implementation of initiatives
- Responsible for the training and development plan for all personnel as well as equipment, work environment & processes to guarantee the production of safe and quality juice
- Responsible for the implementation of necessary programs and procedures for the conduct of production operation in a manner that ensures that safety and wellbeing of all personnel, materials as well as equipment and other assets of the production department
- Consistently conduct an analysis of variance reports and develop meaningful action plans to address improvement areas
- Prepares recommendations on various standards necessary for the preparation of the annual budget and operating plan.
