We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Tasks:

• Packing of food ingredients in a small warehouse space according to appropriate food safety standards
• Assist and grow into leading in managing the warehouse space and the entire supply chain operations
• Building relationships with the appropriate suppliers.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience packaging food items in a warehouse setting, managing farmer relationships and moving food items throughout the value chain.
• Good understanding about food value chains.
• Teamwork experience is a must.
• Experience in basic administrative and social media marketing tasks is an assetEducation
• Minimum of a post-secondary degree or certificate from a qualified institution.
• Degree or certificate in supply chain management, food technology, food safety, sanitation, and other related fields is an asset.

Skills:

• Great attention to details
• Knowledge and experience in food safety and supply chain
• Must be willing and fit to conduct manual labor with some lifting and transporting of moderately heavy boxes
• Basic Microsoft Office and G Suite apps
• Must be accurate and transparent in reporting any events, expenditures and other important operational matters.
