The Management of the Ghana National Service Authority (NSA) has released postings of statistics for the 2025/2026 Ghana National Service Year. This statistics reveal key figures and insights into the deployment of thousands of Ghanaian graduates across every region in the country.

According to the DG of the National Service Authority, a total of 85,159 personnel have been deployed in the first batch of the 2025/2026 service year.

Here’s a breakdown of the official posting statistics for the year:

These figures indicate that over 85,000 graduates are set to begin their one-year national service, representing a record-high verification success rate attributed to the use of the Ghana Card for digital identification and validation.

This figure excludes personnel who had issues with data mis-match and have either had it resolved or pending review, teachers, nurses, midwives and other equally vital categories. All personnel under the data mis-match category are to note that their placement forms part of the yet to be released batch.

As such, the total number of posting is expected to increase in due course.

Steps to Complete Your NSS Registration

1. Check Your Posting Online: Visit the official National Service Authority portal – gnsa.gov.gh.
2. Print Appointment Letter: Download and print your appointment letter for endorsement by your assigned supervisor.
3. Book Online Registration Appointment: Select a convenient date and time (on or before stipulated deadline) for your validation.
4. Complete the Registration: Visit your Regional Validation Centre with your endorsed letter and Ghana Card to finalize the process

All posted personnel must complete the Regional Validation and Registration process to confirm their placements.
The official schedule is as follows:

• Start Date: Wednesday, 29th October 2025
• End Date: Friday, 21st November 2025

Furthermore, the 2025/2026 service year officially begins on Monday November 3rd, 2025.
