We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join the Nestlé Finance Department in Accra.

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accountant

What can you expect?

As Senior Accountant, you will ensure good service delivery to achieve operational efficiency. You will adhere to regulations, standards and processes to excel in compliance within the Financial Accounting Department and follow external regulations concerning Ghana Company Codes and Financial Acts.

Other responsibilities will include:

Fixed Assets Management
Management of Goods Receipts/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR)
Co-ordination of Monthly Stock Counts
Supervision of Monthly Period End Activities
Co-ordination of External Audits
Filing of Duty Drawbacks

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Accountant who has worked within a Financial Accounting environment.

Other attributes would include:

Degree in Business / Finance and/or Accountancy Qualification
Communication Skills
Knowledge in Excel, Word, Power point and SAP
Knowledge in filing VAT , WHT, PAYE, Tier 1, 2 and 3 as well as Corporate Tax Returns
Experience in Records Keeping and Archiving
Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers)
Proficiency in the English language
