The Ministry of Health (MOH) Online Admission Portal is Open for admissions application and checking of admission list and admission status. The Ministry of Health (MOH) Online Application Portal for Admissions can be accessed via https://healthtraining.gov.gh/.
The Authority of the Ministry of Health (MOH) has enabled the admission portal. The MOH Online Admission Application Portal is created for prospective students of the Ministry of Health Nursing Training Institute to effect Admission Applications for prospective students.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATIONS INTO MINISTRY OF HEALTH TRAINING INSTITUTIONS
Applications are invited from qualified candidates for entry into any of the Health Training Institutions in Ghana
Applicants must:
- Purchase application codes from any Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) branch at a cost of One Hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢100.00). (This includes the cost of verification of results, SMS alerts and all other correspondence).
- Upon payment, applicants will receive a voucher giving them a unique PIN.
- Have a dedicated phone number and an e-mail address.
- Use your PIN code to access the application form on this portal
- Note that only Applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice
Please i just finished filling the form but after submitting it, it’s says my personal details is not filled, please help me out cos am really worried, no notification received yet.
The same here… My personal details too appears not filled. I don’t know why. Prolly their system is down.
This is what you do. Kindly go to their office at North Ridge opposite the NHIS main office and go and do your complains. I’d be going there also
When you go there, go along with your vouchers incase you are made to fill the forms there.

Give them your feedback. When you bought the voucher there was a stamp on it. I hope you have not thrown it away. That’s your ticket to them understanding that you came to buy a voucher from their bank. Whiles there tell them what you are saying here. Let them personally open it for you to confirm that indeed what you are saying is true.

That’s unfortunate.. It’s from their portal. Just relax and change the website.. Use Google chrome instead. If it still gives you feedback as error then you will have to report this at the Bank you bought the voucher from

I told someone to create a group so that we will all share ideas and come to the bottom of this since we all are applying for nursing colleges this year. It seems all i said fell on deaf ears. A what’sapp group where we can all bring our views.
The error is from their portal. I have personally sent emails to the ministry of Health but the emails bounce back as inbox full. On their website they are not addressing this issue. It seems it has not gotten to their attention all this while.

I applied on the 04/03/2020 and up till now I haven’t received an SMS or email massage that it was submitted. So know what should I do
Enoch you have not received an SMS because your application is still under review. The notification will come when the review is over and you have provided the correct details on your form. You should frequently be checking your notifications on your portal to see when you will be called for interview

Hello Anita.. There is a solution. Have you submitted your application? If you have clicked on the submit button then you can’t do anything about it. This is because at this moment your application is under review at your choice of nursing school and you will receive a notification to come to the school for interview. This is when everything you have completed including your grades are intact.
Secondly if you have not submitted then you have the advantage of changing it.

Joseph.. Same issues here.. Have you tried reaching out to the bank you purchased the voucher from. Mine also started today. initially i couldn’t also log in with either pin nor serial number but two days later after visiting the bank to make enquiries it started working. I would ne going there to issue a complaint about this.
since 6th march, i try filling the application forms and up till date, when i fill the section for the personal data.it turns out that i did not fill it …..

I’m not sure you did. Under review means they are checking all your details you provided if indeed they are correct or a scam. They would get back to you when they are done. Be checking for notifications because they would be sending them
But it says my personal details not filled yet but I filled it and I can’t print it out too… what may be the problem??
Bernice I’m also having the same issue. I have lodged several complains to the ministry of Health via their email but the emails all bounce back. I think it’s a problem with their HTI portal. Many students are complaining bitterly too. I am going to lodge a complain to the bank where i bought my voucher from. I think you should too. My personal details information can’t be opened that means i can’t print and submit.

Am sure you have interchanged the position of the serial number and the code. Check carefully and enter again

Address this issue. It’s getting out of hand. We send emails too via your mail boxes too, we receive feedbacks that inbox full.. This is not encouraging.
