Details

The Junior Integrated Planner is responsible for assisting the planning team in planning and organizing the daily/weekly/monthly maintenance activities related to CMMS work order generation.

Assist the Integrated Planner by obtaining resourcing and cost forecasts to support plans, load these into planning systems as required, and monitor progress to the plan seeking feedback from Project personnel and make changes as required.

Responsibilities

  • Build plan and coordinate major medium and long-term maintenance plans using Primavera P6; including shutdown maintenance activities, ensuring that materials and parts for the major equipment are available on time and budget plan.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance activities to help achieve targeted KPIs.
  • Assist with forward planning using the Maximo maintenance and management system.
  • Be familiar with the facility’s plant and machinery, working knowledge of safety requirements, including work permit systems, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions.
  • Assist in establishing weekly planning by activities (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Production) and review it with the supervisors.
  • Provide updates and reports against plans, highlighting overdue works and works in backlog.
  • Maintain facilities POB forecasting to identify issues in advance.
  • Have a measure of plan execution.
  • Structure and organize necessary planning meetings in accordance with published timetable.
  • Schedule and add resources to planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with Onshore SMEs to take inputs into the running activity plan.

Qualifications

  • Degree or formal technical qualification preferred. Tertiary education – engineering preferred
  • 2 to 5 years’ industry experience
  • Understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems in oil and gas operations
  • Relevant experience in the successful planning of engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6, CMMS Maximo and MS office, MS Project
  • Understanding of the engineering requirements of work in the Oil and Gas sector.
