Job Title: Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA)

Role

• Dispenses prescription medication and other medical products to patients under the direction of the pharmacist.
• Counts pills, labels bottles, prices, and compounds medications to prepare prescriptions for patients as directed.
• Assist with stock control

Qualification

• MCA Training Certificate

Location: Accra

Job Title: General Nurse

Duties

• Conduct physical exams.
• Take detailed health care histories.
• Listen to patients and analyze their physical and emotional needs.
• Provide counseling and health care education to patients.
• Coordinate care with other health care providers and specialists.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing

Location: Accra

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for attending to the incoming calls, responding to them, and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
• Scheduling the appointments at the correct time and with the correct doctor.
• Providing assistance to patients and visitors.
• Ensuring that the medical environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families

Qualification

• HND in Marketing or Secretaryship and Management Studies
