Note: The cook should be able to prepare a variety of Turkish meals and sandwiches.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals to the specifications of the Directors.
- Operate kitchen appliances such as blenders, oven, and grill.
- Keeps records and accounts of food purchases.
- Clean food preparation areas before and after working hours.
- Communicate with Directors about how to improve meal service.
- Store food in designated containers.
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
- Orders ingredient and spices when needed.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be an SHS Graduate.
- Applicants should have certificates in Catering/ Vocational Education.
- Applicants must be thirty (30) years old.
- Applicants must be neat and always presentable.
