The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) school fees payment and course registration deadline for fresh and continuing students for the 2025/2026 academic year have been announced.
The Academic Board has approved the policy on FEE Credit and Debt Management for use by the University effective the 2025/2026 Academic Year. Following the approval of the Policy, the following steps have been taken to ensure compliance.

Fee Payment Requirement:
To register for courses, continuing students must pay at least 50% of their total approved fees.

Freshmen:
All regular freshmen, including fee-paying and international students, are required to make a 100% payment of their fees before they can register for their courses.

Registration Deadline:
The deadline for course and biometric registration has been extended to February 6, 2026.

Consequences of Non-Payment:
Students who fail to pay the required 50% of their school fees by the deadline will be unable to register for courses.

Registration Period:
Course registration for the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year for continuing students started on December 23, 2025 and ends on February 6, 2026.
