Role
- Contribute to the achievement of annual targets and profitability of the business
- Strong in business development and increasing the sales targets annually
- Excellent supervision and execution of projects
- Strengthen and contribute to growth with KP offers, training and delivering solutions to meet donors and government needs
- To train and develop quality research skill across the team
Requirements
- Minimum education in a Master’s degree in academic fields such as Public Health, Agriculture, International Development, Social Sciences, Economics, Epidemiology
- 4+ years’ experience in evaluation and research work with experience with both local and international development work is a MUST.
- Competent knowledge of research processes, methodologies, project design, research techniques, and models.
- Proficient in sampling and survey methodology designs including randomized control methods, quasi-experimental design, and longitudinal surveys are desirable.
- Contribute to the achievement of annual targets and profitability of the business
- Business development and increasing sales targets annually
- Excellent supervision and execution of projects
- Strengthen and contribute to growth with KP offers, training and delivering solutions to meet donors and government needs
- Train and develop quality research skill across the team
- Good command in written and spoken English, French is required
