Purpose:
To be responsible for direct activities of product costing, product manufacturing analysis, and inventory valuation, and act as an advisor to senior management.
Requirements
- About five (5) years of proven Accounting work experience from a similar job/ industry preferably in an FMCG industry. Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance.
- teed industry experience a plus Hands-on ERF experience preferred 5+ experience; cost accounting preferred
- Must have the experience, especially with inventory evaluation; Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating a professional opinion
- Strong grasp of SAGE-ERP accounting software concept
- Extremely strong Excel skills, especially advanced financial modelling and analytical techniques

Job Title: Managing Director
Purpose:
To control and oversee all business operations, people and ventures. The ideal candidate, a strategist, will serve as the highest-ranking manager id the organisation, responsible for the overall success of the business. Requirements
- A five (5) year minimum proven experience as Managing Director in an Agro-business Organisation
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- BSc/BA in Agri-business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
