Also, a third party can file claims on behalf of the insured person. Depending on the type and size of your claim, the payment process can take between a few weeks and a few days.

Types of Insurance Claims
There are several types of insurance claims. You only need to fill in the type that is on your insurance policy.
1. Car Insurance Claims
This covers property damage or injury to others when you are at fault in an accident. If your car insurance policy includes collision coverage, you can file a collision claim for damage your car sustains in an accident, regardless of who is at fault.
2. Homeowners Insurance Claims
The homeowner’s insurance claims cover the structure of your home, your personal property, and your liability for injuries to your home. It also includes additional living expenses (ALE) coverage, which reimburses you for a rental home or hotel if your home becomes uninhabitable.
3. Renters Insurance Claims
The renter’s insurance claims cover theft of or damage to your personal property, personal liability for damage or injury, and additional living expenses if you need to relocate temporarily.
4. Health Insurance Claims
The health insurance claims are generally handled by your medical care providers. Your medical providers will fill out a health insurance claim for you to determine.
5. Life Insurance Claims
Life insurance claims require the submission of a claim form, a death certificate, and oftentimes the original policy. It is usually purchased to help your family with daily living expenses, college tuition, and funeral expenses.

- Select the insurance policy that is applicable to you.
- Click on submit a claim
- Provide your credentials and submit

Follow the procedures outlined below to check the current status of your ICIC Lombard claims.
- Visit the ICICI Lombard claim status page: https://ilhc.icicilombard.com/Customer/TrackYourClaim
- Provide your WRN Number or Claim Ref. No. and Policy Number o Policy Holder Name.
- Thereafter, click on the “Search” button to access the current status of your claims.
Importantly: Please enter the Policy number as 4XXX/1XXX/XX. Remove the last four characters (“/00X”).
