Job Title: Client Project Officer

Role Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of client projects by managing projects and ensuring timely delivering of projects within client budgets and specification

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of HND or equivalent
• Qualification in project management is an added advantage
• 3 years experience in project management
• Ability and willingness to take on project ownership and accountability
• Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Role Summary

• The ideal candidate for this role will be reporting to the CEO and be required to provide overall leadership of the human resource and administrative function. He/She will be required to design and
implement Human Resource strategies, policies and procedures to motivate performance of employee

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first degree preferably in Human Resource or social sciences
• Professional qualification form IHRMP / CIPD / SHRM is required
• 3 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of the Labour Act, Act 651
• Experience in designing and implementing Human Resource strategies, policies and procedures
• Ability to and experience in design and implementation of a performance management system

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Role Summary

• Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be required to develop marketing strategies and ensure that marketing targets are met.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first degree preferably in Marketing or related field
• Professional certification in Marketing is preferred
• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing products
• Ability to design and implement fit-for-purpose marketing strategy and programmes
• Flexibility to travel to various out stations periodically
