Job Title: Civil / Structural Design Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking to hire a design engineer with a background in both architectural and structural design with excellent mathematical, IT, and analytical skills. The candidate must be detail-oriented, creative, and possess amazing problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports, design, and drawings
• Make calculations about pressure load and stresses
• Consider the strength of construction materials and selects appropriately
• Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction
• Analyze configurations of the basic component of a structure
Qualifications
• Degree in civil or structural engineering from a recognized institution
• A minimum of two years in a typical design engineering field
• Strong ability to use design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit etc
• Ability to do 3D modeling is plus
• Understanding and/or experience in Steel structures is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent IT and Communication skills.
