Ho Tech. University Fees Schedule 2017/18 Academic Year Is Out – Check Here
Management of the Ho Technical University at its 47th Regular Meeting held on 24th August, 2017 considered and accepted the directive from the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) that Tertiary Institutions should charge fees at the 2016/2017 academic year levels, pending a decision by Parliament on fees for the 2017/2018 academic year.
Considering that this development may occasion some adjustments to the 2016/2017 academic year level of fees, the University hereby announces its schedule of fees as follows:
1. The 2017/2018 Fees published earlier are to be considered as PROPOSED FEES FOR 2018/2017
2. The 2016/2017 Fees are to be considered as PROVISIONAL FEES for 2017/2018
Students are to pay the 2016/2017 academic year level of fees for the 2017/2018 academic year.
In this case, they are to note that depending on the final fees determined by Parliament, some adjustments may have to be made to the fees paid to reflect the approved fees.
Students who have already paid the 2017/2018 Proposed Fees shall have their student accounts credited with amounts paid in excess of the level of fees to be approved by Parliament in case the approved levels are lower than the Proposed Fees.
ALL STUDENTS are to pay at least 70 percent of the fees for the academic year to be eligible for academic registration for the 2017/2018 academic year.
By a copy of this notice, Students, Parents and the entire University Community are informed of the above-stated decisions by Management.
