Job Title: Database Administrator
ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for the design and management of the organization’s database architecture to ensure secure access and availability in accordance with business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the organization’s database technologies and associated schemas to allow secure, efficient and effective access to the organization’s structured data.
- Review and revise processes and procedures to enhance efficiency of access to users and systems.
- Plan and implement regular system upgrades to enhance service continuity and user experience.
- Create and manage multiple databases and assist in capacity planning.
- Monitor, maintain database systems and troubleshoot and fix problems that
- Support software developers with database operations including the may arise.
- development of complex SQL, tuning of DML and creation of stored procedures.
- Setup and maintain database infrastructure for the company’s Bl needs.
- Learn relevant business processes and understand the data flow, criticality and dependencies.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders (internaland vendors).
- Responsible for health checks, tablespace and log management.
- Backup & Recovery.
- Responsible for providing support in the testing and deployment of new components.
- Provide technical support across the database systems.
- Accountable for documentation of all changes across the database systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with Oracle & SQL Server database administration & support
- Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Job Title: Information Risk Management Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to secure computing network
- Coordinate/Perform vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with management and the IT department to improve the Bank’s information and intrusion/penetration tests on Technology platforms to ensure the effectiveness of existing controls(security).
- Investigate, track and conclude security incidents that have occurred within.
- Provide technical information security expertise the Bank to technical staff to ensure that the requisite level of security is implemented in all technology assets and projects.
- Enhance the protection and resilience of the Bank’s systems and operations
- Improve the integrity of the bank’s products and services by establishing infrastructure for testing and validation of security of these products and services

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- First Degree from an accredited institution Relevant professional certification – CISA, CISM, CISSP
Job Title: Head, Legal
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the activities of the Legal Unit to ensure general compliance of the Bank with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice on various aspects of law affecting the Bank
- Represent and/or ensure legal representation of the bank when summoned
- Draft and/or review facility and security agreements while ensuring adequate protection of the Bank’s interest
- Manage the resolution of disputes as well as relationships with external solicitors
- Assist with company secretarial duties as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- The successful candidates should have:
- Been called to the Ghana Bar
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of a Second Class Lower.
- Relevant working experience
