The aim of Green Earth Organization is to help halt environment degradation, conserve and restore the environment geared toward sustainable development. As part of measures taken by our esteemed organization to boost the relationship between our organization and it numerous clients, we seek to engage the service of a Client Relationship Officer to foster the relationship that exists between us and our clients.

Duties
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
RequirementsÂ
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Minimum Qualification– HND/Degree
Job location– Castle Rd, Kokomlemle, Accra
Salary/remuneration– 1,250cedi monthly.
