GES Posting of Teachers Returning from Study Leave With Pay 2025

The Ghana Education Service (GES) posting of teachers returning from study leave with pay for the 2025/2026 academic year has been released.

The management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) wishes to inform teachers returning from study leave with pay that the posting form has been uploaded online for qualified teachers to apply. All eligible teachers should completed their study leave are required to complete the online posting form to secure their placements.

All staff who benefited from the Study Leave with Pay program are mandated to fill out the online posting forms for the 2025/2026 academic year. The online application portal has been open to ensure an efficient and transparent posting process for the teachers returning to active duty.

The filling of online posting forms begins on Tuesday, 4th November 2025, and will officially close on Friday, 7th November 2025. Teachers are encouraged to provide accurate and complete information to avoid any delays or complications during the placement process.

How to Apply for the 2025 GES Posting

• Log-on to  bit.ly/STUDYLEAVERETURN2025 to access your register.
• Select Study Leave Form
• Click on Register Now
• Wait for prompt
• Fill the form details
• Click on submit to complete registration

The filling of online posting forms ends on Friday, 7th November 2025.

All staff who are returning from Study Leave with Pay are required to complete the form.
