Role

Developing, managing and maintaining client relationships and advising clients on products and investments within Prestige Banking to achieve targeted Investment and Assets Under Management objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum first degree in Bus. Administration, Finance, Economics and other related fields or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience of which at least 3 years in Banking
  • Assessable Wealth Management knowledge to enable providing advice
  • Detailed knowledge of KYC and AML requirements and procedures
  • An understanding of Risk and Credit Policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service and engagement skills
  • Punctuality is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience of working towards and agreed targets and objectives
  • Ability to exercise initiative
  • Provide solutions for resolving issues
  • Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Knowledge on the current markets and wider related industry
  • Team player
  • Intermediate level competency in Word and Excel

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Meet financial, business development, customer satisfaction and referral targets
  • Achieve targeted AUM growth agreed annually
  • Initiate and execute strategies within assigned portfolio as targeted in Quarterly Business Plans for review within MPR and QPR meetings
  • Maintain a global view of your portfolio client’s investments and needs to remain a trusted Advisor for on-shore Insurance and Investment products and to assist in their purchase of high-value luxury goods and on-shore properties.
  • Achieve and maintain current knowledge of relevant Insurance and Investment products to include Succession Planning, Education, and Retirement. Mutual Funds, Bond and Equity products.
  • Ongoing knowledge of on-shore Wealth market and competitors
  • Maintain and document client contact to monitor client needs
  • Participate in community and client affairs to enhance client relationships and corporate image
  • Attend corporate events
  • Develop relationships between FBG branches and Fab to maximize cross-selling
  • Attend agreed personal development courses
  • Client survey results
  • May have the potential to achieve a higher Role Grading based upon achieving targeted AUM / Product levels.
