Fiaseman Rural Bank LTD is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Manager.

Job Purpose

• The Human Resource Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the bank’s human resource and administration department by ensuring effective implementation of policies, strategic decisions and comply with modern human resource work ethics

Responsibilities / Duties

The responsibilities/duties shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Recruitment and selection-direct and manage the recruitment and selection process and train line managers in interviewing and assessments procedures
• Performance management and improvement systems
• Organization development
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
• Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance


Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of First Degree Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Organisational Development from a recognised institution
• A minimum of 10 years experience in the industry of which 5 years must be in managerial position
• Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
• Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
• Be innovative, proactive and creative
• Be computer literate in Microsoft office word. Excel, power point, access etc
• Ability to adapt to challenging working environment and work under pressure
• Ability to motivate and drive growth
