Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, public policy, development planning or it’s equivalent
- Prior experience of at least two years in program coordination, consortium coordination, lobby & advocacy, children’s rights, meaningful youth participation, and/or similar areas, preferably with a civil society/non-governmental organization.
- Experience in networking with CSOs and relevant government departments.
- Experience in embedding a gender transformative approach and familiarity with youth participation approaches.
