Clean Team is a social enterprise, run by Ghanaians for Ghanaians, providing in-home toilets for a low monthly fee. And with no purchase cost, you save as you use. Clean Team is an innovative, affordable sanitation solution for low-income communities in the developing world. We rent households an attractive, branded portable toilet and collect the waste 2-3 times per week. Once at our central processing facility, we transport the waste to the municipal treatment site. Our plan for scale is to use financially viable methods to convert the waste into energy and organic fertiliser to sell to commercial farms in the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales
• Understand quality customer service
• Demonstrate and present the Clean Team Toilet
• Establish new sales leads
• Maintain accurate records
• Attend sales events and activities
• Review sales performance
• To achieve sales targets

Skills/Experience

• Good communication and people skills.
• Have strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Must be Fluent in English and Twi. Ability to speak Hausa will be an added advantage.
• Have a positive attitude to new learnings.
• Candidates must be based in Kumasi.
• SHS leavers are especially encouraged to apply.
