The Centralized Services e-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP) for recruitment into the Ghana Internal Security Agencies for the 2025/2026 cycle has been enabled.

The Ministry of Interior, Ghana, has enabled the recruitment portal for Internal Security Agencies (Police, Immigration, Fire Service, and Prisons). The fully digitalized portal serves to usher in a transparent and harmonized process designed to enhance efficiency, fairness, and accountability across all participating agencies.

How to Purchase Application Voucher

All interested and qualified candidates should follow the procedures below to obtain the application voucher.

1. Via USSD Code

  • Dial *713*03# on any mobile network
  • Select Purchase Voucher
  • Choose the preferred agency
  • Select a payment method
  • Authorize payment
  • Receive voucher details via SMS (or retrieve via the USSD menu if SMS fails)

2. At GCB Bank Branches

  • Visit any GCB Bank branch nationwide
  • Request a C-SERP voucher from the designated teller
  • Provide all required details
  • Specify the agency
  • Make payment and collect the physical voucher slip

If Voucher Details Are Not Received via SMS

Failure to receive the voucher details after payment is not uncommon. Applicants may retrieve their e-voucher by:

  • Dialing *713*03#
  • Selecting Retrieve Voucher
  • Viewing all vouchers linked to their phone number

Important Notes for Applicants

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
  • Applicants must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before applying
  • There are no middlemen involved—be alert to fraud attempts
  • Submitting false documents or misleading information can lead to instant disqualification and possible prosecution
