A real estate company is seeking to hire a professional and hardworking individual to join its team in the capacity of an Office Administrator /personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator/Personal Assistant

The candidate must have at least two years working experience in a similar position.
He/she must have the ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Qualifications in Management and Administration, Human Resource management will be an advantage
BSc/BA in administration and management or relevant field is preferred
