Avoid Payment of Money for National Service Posting – NSS

The management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has cautioned NSS Personnel nationwide not to make payment to any person claiming to be working with the Scheme or promising to get you posted to a preferred institution.

The management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has noted with grave concern the activities of some unscrupulous persons parading as moderators or agents of the Scheme on various social media platforms and are extorting monies from prospective National Service Personnel with the view of assisting them t be posted to their preferred institution.

Management by this statement wished to inform prospective National Service Personnel and the general public that there is nothing like “special posting” and the Scheme has no moderators or agents to that effect. We wish to state categorically that posting of service personnel does not attract any fee.

Management thus admonishes prospective service personnel to, whenever approached, report such person to the security agencies to be dealt with under the laws of Ghana.

All perpetrators of this act are therefore advised to desist from exploiting innocent national service prospect in their quest to serve mother Ghana or face full rigours of the law when apprehended.
